    These studs are manufactured specifically for us by ARP and utilize an L19 material that is much stronger than the typical 8740 chromoly and yields a tensile strength of 240-260,000 psi. They are also provisioned with a hex broach on the top of the stud for ease of installation and enabling you to install them with the cylinder head on the car if necessary.

    SpeedFactory Honda/ Acura Exhaust Manifold Titanium Stud Kits

    SpeedFactory titanium stud kits are made of high quality Ti 6Al-4V and incorporate a hex key tip that allows them to be easily installed using an Allen wrench. Titanium 12-point nuts and washers are included.

    Use of factory exhaust manifold bolts and studs, especially with an aftermarket header/turbo system, can result in stripped or broken bolts and inadequate clamping force, resulting in leaks. This stud kit looks great and will allow you to properly clamp the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head without experiencing sealing problems, stud/nut failure, or ugly and troublesome rust and corrosion.

  • SpeedFactory No-Notch H-Beam Long Rod and Vitara Piston Combo


    This is a combo package for SpeedFactory Racing No-Notch connecting rods and Vitara pistons for the D16 engines.  This combo will bring the compression of the Vitara combo up to 8.8:1 as opposed to the standard length rod which yields 7.8:1 compression.

    Vitara piston turbo D16 builds are one of the most popular 300-500hp street Honda setups out there. Very cost effective, fun, and relatively simple to build. One thing that has always been frustrating with these builds is having to use standard length off-the shelf rods that are low compression, unnecessarily large and heavy, and require the usual block and girdle notching to use. Custom longer rods were then introduced that fixed the deck height/low compression issue, but you still had to deal with the tedious and time consuming task of block and girdle notching. Time to kiss those days goodbye!

  • SpeedFactory Spec Outlaw B Series Arias Pistons


    Over the years we have been fortunate to work with Arias Pistons on designing the ultimate B Series turbo piston.  With huge HP in mind, we have changed the design of the off the shelf version to accommodate 40+ psi for extreme drag race engines.  Our design features changes to the ring pack position on the piston, thicker ring pack design, strutted skirts, & added material in the proper places that we found to be an issue on engines producing more than 1000hp at the wheels.  The compression ratio depending on your cylinder head, gasket, rod, and stroke will range from 10.5:1-11:1 roughly with this flat top design.

  • SpeedFactory Spec Outlaw B Series Arias Pistons and BME Aluminum Rods


    This is our combination of Arias Pistons and BME Aluminum Rods.  We have worked on our piston with Arias over the past 3 years to come up with the best designed turbo piston possible.  The pistons are available in 84,84.5mm and 85mm and are a flat top design and net roughly 10.8:1 compression.  The rods are from BME out of Nevada – Bill Miller Engineering has been at the forefront of forged aluminum rod technology for decades and his rods are used today in many NHRA Top Fuel and Funny Car engines.
